Free Vein Screening by Appointment

AmeriVein is offering free vein screenings. You will have an opportunity to meet with the physician, have a brief examination and a opportunity to ask some questions. The physician will explain the next steps in diagnostic testing or treatment.

Please call (630) 820-2727, Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM to schedule your appointment. When possible, an information package will be mailed to you prior to your appointment. Please fill out the information sheets prior to arriving or come 15 minutes early to complete the paperwork.
